County Clerk - Notary Public
- Notaries Public are elected by the by the County Commission to a four year term. The application must be received before the second Monday of the month.
- Once elected to the office, the notaries public are required to pay a $14.00 fee to the Clerk to renew their commission.
- A $10,000.00 bond for the term of office is required.
