Notice is hereby given that the Tipton County Election Commission will perform the following duties relative to litigation involving a challenge to the passage of Constitutional Amendment No. 1 during the November 4, 2014 election:

1. Extract the November 4, 2014 election results from the voting machine units used in such election;
2. Place the external devices holding the election results in an absentee ballot box; and
3. Lock and seal each ballot box in which the external device is stored.

Relevant information regarding the performance of these duties is as follows:

Date:   September 1, 2015

Time:  9:00 A.M.

Place: Election Office, Covington

This meeting is open to be viewed by the public and the press.  If attending, please contact us by August 31 so we may arrange seating.  We expect this procedure to last approximately six hours.
