The mission of Keep Tipton County Beautiful, an affiliate of Keep Tennessee Beautiful, is to educate people about ways to eliminate litter and improve citizen awareness of ways to conserve natural resources. “Working together we will make our county more beautiful and litter free,” Executive Director Jessica Hernandez said.

Tennessee Delta Alliance oversees environmental and beautification efforts for the Great River Road National Scenic Byway. The group is also working towards establishing a water-based regional affiliation for Keep America Beautiful, to service the counties of Dyer, Lake, Lauderdale, Shelby and Tipton.

“TDA is hyper-focused on helping keep the five counties around the Great River Road litter-free,” Director Edmond McDavis III said. “Having our local citizens join us in these efforts is strategic to accomplishing the mission.”
